- Anything bolted to the floor or wall needs to be unbolted before we come.

Treadmills and ellipticals are a steel frame with a motor and electronics, so they’re handled as metal and e-waste instead of going in the landfill whole. Free weights are solid iron and are easy to reuse or scrap.
