Before we come
- Take what the family wants first, or tag it. Everything untagged goes.
- Photos, papers, keys, cash, jewelry — anything personal we come across goes in a box for the family, and we tell you what we found. It never goes in the trailer.
- Send photos room by room, or walk us through on a video call.
Where it goes
Mattresses go to a recycler and e-waste to an e-waste recycler. Everything else is sorted the way a garage load is, and personal papers and photos never go in the trailer.
