Before we come
- Water heater: have it drained and the gas or power shut off and disconnected before we come.
- Gas stove: have the gas line shut off and capped. We don’t touch gas lines.
- Dishwasher: have it pulled out from under the counter, or tell us it’s still installed and we’ll say whether we can.
Where it goes
Stoves, dishwashers and water heaters are mostly steel, so they’re valuable as scrap metal. A water heater that still holds water is very heavy, which is why it needs to be drained before pickup.

One dishwasher starts at $59: the $59 single-item price. Stove and dishwasher starts at $89: the 1/8 trailer price, $89. Fridges, freezers and AC units add $50 each for refrigerant.
Do you take water heaters?
Yes, once it’s drained and disconnected. It’s priced like any other appliance, with no add-on fee.
Do you take dishwashers?
Yes. A dishwasher is one piece: $59 on its own, or part of the load with everything else.
